If you find a rate online on a website that is lower than our rate on www.hotelsix.ch, we will offer you the same rate when you book directly with us. To make a claim, please contact us immediately and directly by email at info@hotelsix.ch and provide the website showing the lower price, or simply send us the link.

The lower comparison rate must be verifiable by us and bookable by anyone. The lower rate must apply to the same room type, the same number of guests, and the same reservation period. The same cancellation and prepayment conditions must also apply.

Hotel SiX is not responsible for any fees or costs that may result from cancelling a previously made reservation. Price comparisons are based on the net room rate excluding taxes, gratuities, or other fees associated with the room rate. This guarantee applies to the direct room rate.

Any price difference that is solely due to exchange-rate fluctuations/differences is excluded from this guarantee. If the lower price applies only to part of your selected stay period, it is not valid.

Our guarantee does not apply to:

  • package rates that include the room rate and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment and/or meals;

  • rates offered on auction websites such as www.onlybidding.com and www.skyauction.com;

  • rates offered on websites and other services that do not mention Hotel SiX Kreuzlingen until the booking is completed, such as Priceline and Hotwire.

Hotel SiX reserves the right to modify or withdraw these terms without prior notice.
